MIDNIGHT CRAVINGS .... UMMMM SO RISKY RIGHT ABOUT NOW!!!
WELL I'M HERE TO HELP YOU BREAK THAT PROBLEM

Reasons for Nighttime Eating (Summarized)
  • Not eating enough during the day.
  • Using food for emotional reasons such as for distraction, leisure, relaxation, etc.
  • Eating due to boredom or with sedentary behavior such as watching television, using a computer.
so i hope you guys can break this habit .... i did ... well for the most part
..... good nite & dont let the food's bite :)
